Ihr Wirkungsfeld

  • Als erste Ansprechperson des Luzerner Kantonsspitals betreuen Sie interne und externe Kundinnen und Kunden, erkennen deren Anliegen und tragen zu einer effizienten Lösungsfindung bei
  • Sie nehmen eingehende Telefonanrufe entgegen, bearbeiten diese professionell und leiten sie an die zuständigen Stellen weiter. Dabei leisten Sie auch Einsätze an Wochenenden
  • Die Koordination und Alarmierung von Pikettdiensten sowie weiteren internen Ansprechpersonen gehört zu Ihrem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet
  • Sie unterstützen das Team bei allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten und tragen zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft bei

Ihre Erfahrung

  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse und kommunizieren sicher sowie wertschätzend mit Menschen unterschiedlicher kultureller Hintergründe
  • Sie sind bereit, unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten sowie Wochenend- und Nachtdienste zu leisten
  • Sie verfügen über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und haben Freude am Umgang mit technischen Systemen und Überwachungsgeräten
  • Auch in hektischen Situationen behalten Sie den Überblick, setzen Prioritäten und handeln lösungsorientiert sowie effizient
