Office du juge de paix - Juriste, contrat d-un an (80 % - 100 %) ##

Le Département de la sécurité et de l-environnement, avec ses 440 collaborateurs, comprend les domaines de la police municipale, protection & intervention, état civil et signalement, protection de l-environnement et de la santé ainsi que l-office du juge de paix.

L-office du juge de paix est l-autorité communale des infractions de la ville de Winterthour. Nous dirigeons la procédure préliminaire et poursuivons, en étroite collaboration avec la police, les infractions et les auteurs dans les affaires d-infractions.

Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou à convenir une personne motivée et capable de travailler en équipe pour une activité polyvalente à l-office du juge de paix. Le poste convient particulièrement aux juristes souhaitant acquérir une première expérience en matière de poursuite pénale. Il est possible de faire valoir cette activité en partie comme stage pour l-examen d-avocat dans le canton de Zurich (maximum 3 mois à partir de 6 mois d-activité).

Vos tâches ##

  • Instruction autonome, traitement et règlement des procédures pour infractions, principalement dans le domaine du droit de la circulation routière (LCR), mais aussi en droit pénal général (CP) et droit pénal accessoire (LPE, LAI, LStup etc.)
  • Fourniture compétente et orientée vers le service de renseignements juridiques
  • Remplacement des juges de paix en leur absence
  • Échange et coordination avec diverses autorités
  • Soutien du secrétariat dans les tâches administratives courantes

Votre profil ##

  • Études de droit achevées et première expérience professionnelle en lien avec le droit pénal (par ex. stage auprès d-un tribunal) ; expérience pratique en poursuite pénale un atout
  • Intérêt et capacité à aborder les questions juridiques de manière orientée vers la solution
  • Travail précis, rapide, fiable et autonome
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand et expression écrite assurée
  • Grande compétence sociale et esprit d-équipe ainsi qu-aisance dans le contact avec différents groupes de clients
