Deine als Office Manager ------------------------

Das Betriebsteam ist die zentrale Drehscheibe von Exxas. Koordinieren, kommunizieren und unterstützen gehören zu Deinen Stärken, denn Du bist Teil dieses Betriebsteams. Du hältst unser Office am Laufen, organisierst Events und Meetings, kümmerst Dich um eingehende Anrufe und E\-Mails und vieles mehr. Du bist ausserdem die erste Ansprechsperson für Kunden und Interessenten. Du berätst kleinere Unternehmen telefonisch und per Videokonferenz, führst kurze Online\-Präsentationen durch oder unterstützt Kunden bei Fragen zu Exxas.

Als Office Manager bist Du eine besonders wichtige Person. In Deiner Anfangszeit entwickelst Du Dich zu einer Expertin oder einem Experten auf der Exxas\-Plattform. Dafür stehen Dir viele Hilfsmittel zur Verfügung und wir führen Dich in einem umfassenden Einführungsprogramm in alle Themen ein. Und vor allem steht Dir ein hilfsbereites Team zur Seite, auf das Du jederzeit zählen kannst.

Was du mitbringst -----------------

  • Du interessierst Dich für Business Software und beschäftigst Dich gerne mit neuen Technologien
  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare, mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung
  • Du bist eine kommunikative, hilfsbereite Person und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Du hast eine hohe Sozialkompetenz mit sicherem Auftreten
  • Du hast Spass am Telefonieren und ein verkäuferisches Flair
  • Du sprichst und schreibst hervorragendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
