Du hast Spass an einer spannenden und vielseitigen Drehscheibenfunktion mit abwechslungsreichen administrativen Tätigkeiten. Du unterstützt unsere Bau\- und Projektleiter ab Ausschreibungsphase bis zum abgeschlossenen Projekt. Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Submissions\- und Offertwesen, schreibst Protokolle, koordinierst Termine und unterstützt in der Baubuchhaltung. Dabei bist du Teil eines engagierten, standortübergreifenden Admin\-Pools von 7 Kolleg\*innen, welche sich regelmässig über die Kantonsgrenzen hinweg via Teams austauschen.

Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im Büro oder im Dienstleistungssektor mit. Beim Thema Architektur \& Bau schlägt auch dein Herz höher und du bist gerne die hilfsbereite Hand im Team. Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS\-Office und verfügst idealerweise über Messerli Kenntnisse. Du bestichst durch Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent sowie einer exakten Arbeitsweise. Zudem bist du ein humorvoller \& leidenschaftlicher Teamplayer und bringst dich gerne proaktiv ins Geschehen ein.
