Opérateur / Opératrice en assemblage horloger

Dans le cadre de recrutements pour plusieurs entreprises du secteur horloger, nous recherchons des opérateurs et opératrices en assemblage de composants horlogers.

Vos missions

Après une période d’intégration et de formation au poste, vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :

  • Réaliser l’assemblage de composants horlogers selon les instructions et les procédures établies ;
  • Effectuer des opérations manuelles précises et répétitives ;
  • Utiliser les outils et équipements adaptés aux différentes étapes de l’assemblage ;
  • Réaliser un autocontrôle visuel de votre travail ;
  • Identifier et signaler les éventuelles non\-conformités ;
  • Respecter les exigences de qualité, de précision et de productivité ;
  • Maintenir un poste de travail propre et organisé ;
  • Appliquer les consignes de sécurité et les procédures internes.

Votre profil

Cette opportunité est ouverte aux personnes ayant une expérience dans les domaines suivants :

  • Horlogerie ;
  • Médical ;
  • Électronique ;
  • Aéronautique ;
  • Automobile ;
  • Bijouterie ;
  • Couture ou confection ;
  • Plus généralement, tout environnement industriel nécessitant de la minutie et de la précision.

Vous ne possédez pas encore d’expérience dans l’horlogerie ? Les profils souhaitant se reconvertir sont également les bienvenus. Votre motivation, votre capacité d’apprentissage et votre dextérité seront particulièrement appréciées.
