Opérateur / Régleur en Taillage ou en Roulage

Votre mission

Au sein de l'atelier de production, vous assurez le réglage, la mise en train et le suivi de la fabrication de composants de haute précision sur machines de Taillage et ou de Roulage avec des technologies de machine Wahli et/ou Strausak

Opérateur \- Régleur en Taillage ou Roulage

Vos responsabilités

  • Régler et conduire les machines de Taillage Wahli W90 et W91\.
  • Régler et conduire les machines de Roulage sur machine Strausak.
  • Assurer les mises en train et les changements de série.
  • Contrôler la conformité des pièces produites.
  • Réaliser les autocontrôles dimensionnels et visuels.
  • Garantir le respect des standards qualité, sécurité et productivité.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication.
  • Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements.

Votre profil

  • Expérience confirmée sur machines de taillage Wahli W90 ou W91 et\-ou en Roulage sur des machines Strausak.
  • Expérience dans l'industrie de précision, idéalement horlogère ou mécanique.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques.
  • Utilisation courante des instruments de mesure.
  • Personne autonome, rigoureuse et consciencieuse.
  • Esprit d'équipe et sens des responsabilités.
