Votre domaine d'action

  • Vous coordonnez la préparation à l'exploitation des nouvelles installations BESS, de la planification à la remise pour l'exploitation commerciale
  • En tant que lien entre l'organisation de projet et d'exploitation, vous intégrez les exigences opérationnelles et coordonnez la collaboration entre planificateur, exploitant et fournisseurs
  • Avec l'équipe projet, vous définissez les critères de disponibilité opérationnelle, coordonnez les contrôles de préparation opérationnelle et assurez la remise structurée à l'exploitation
  • Vous assurez, en collaboration avec les services spécialisés concernés, les concepts d'exploitation, de maintenance, de sécurité et d'urgence ainsi que la documentation associée
  • Vous gardez un œil sur les risques, les points ouverts et les tâches en suspens, en faites avancer le traitement et escaladez rapidement les écarts critiques
  • En tâche complémentaire, vous assumez avec un autre membre de l'équipe le rôle de Local Cyber Security Officer et soutenez la mise en œuvre des directives et mesures pertinentes

Ce que vous apportez

  • Vous disposez d'une formation technique ou d'un diplôme universitaire, de préférence en génie électrique, énergie, automatisation ou dans un domaine comparable
  • Vous avez de l'expérience en exploitation, mise en service ou gestion de projet d'installations énergétiques ou techniques complexes ; des connaissances BESS sont un atout
  • La gestion des interfaces et des parties prenantes vous convient et vous savez rassembler efficacement différents services spécialisés
  • Vous comprenez rapidement les contextes techniques et organisationnels et abordez les défis de manière structurée, orientée solution et autonome
  • Avec votre communication claire, votre assurance et votre capacité de persuasion, vous défendez les exigences opérationnelles auprès de différents groupes d'intérêt
  • Votre manière de travailler est marquée par la conscience de la sécurité, de la qualité et des responsabilités, et vous pensez au-delà des frontières organisationnelles et des départements
