Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d) 100%

Das erwartet Dich:

  • Selbstständige Abwicklung der operativen Beschaffungsprozesse
  • Erstellung und Versand von Bestellungen sowie Nachverfolgung der Auftragsbestätigungen und Liefertermine
  • Einholung von Angeboten für neue und bestehende Artikel
  • Anlage, Pflege und Kontrolle von Artikel\-, Einkaufs\- und Dispositionsdaten im ERP\-System
  • Anpassung der Dispositionsparameter, beispielsweise der Beschaffungszeiten
  • Abstimmung und Priorisierung der Beschaffungsbedarfe mit dem Einkaufsteam
  • Mitarbeit an strategischen Einkaufszielen und Überwachung der vereinbarten Kennzahlen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf
  • Regelmässiger Austausch mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Technik
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf, idealerweise in der Industrie oder im Maschinenbau
  • Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management sowie Verständnis für technische Komponenten und Anlagen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP\-Systemen, idealerweise PSIpenta
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten im Lieferantenkontakt
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
