Die Abteilung Discovery, Product Development & Supply (DPDS) Clinical Manufacturing and Technology ist Teil der Organisation für pharmazeutische Entwicklung innerhalb von Johnson&Johnson. Innerhalb der DPDS Clinical Manufacturing and Technology ist die Fill Finish Pilot Plant (F2P2) am Standort Schaffhausen verantwortlich für:

  • Lieferung von Fill Finish Biologics Produkten, die für klinische Studien benötigt werden. Diese Produkte werden unter aseptischen GMP-Prozessbedingungen in unserer internen Pilotanlage abgefüllt.
  • Unterstützung von Launch Aktivitäten von kommerziellen Produkten
  • Bereitstellung von Anlagen, Ausrüstungen und Prozess-Know-how, um sicherzustellen, dass klinische und kommerzielle Prozesse erfolgreich übertragen, skaliert (up- und outscaling) und ausgeführt werden.

Zu den Haupttätigkeiten gehören:

  • Termingerechte Herstellung sterilen klinischen Arzneimittel
  • Vorbereitung der Produktionsanlagen
  • Bedienung modernster Anlagen im Bereich der sterilen, pharmazeutischen Herstellung unter Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Quantitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen gemäss aktuellen GMP-Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung der Teams vor, während und nach der aseptischen Abfüllung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung der praktischen Arbeitsabläufen an der Produktionslinie im Rahmen der Einführung neuer Produkte
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung der Optische Inspektion und Medical Device Assembly

Qualifikationen

Wen wir suchen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemie-/Pharmatechnologe\*in oder abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre, idealerweise im Umfeld einer Chemie-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelproduktion
  • Berufserfahrungen in der aseptischen Fertigung/Lyophilisation ist von Vorteil
  • Das Arbeiten im GMP-Umfeld stellt für dich eine interessante Herausforderung dar und motiviert dich auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Interesse an vollautomatisierten und manuellen Herstellungsprozessen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
  • Gute EDV -Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP, MES)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Verantwortungs- und Hygienebewusstsein, exakte Arbeitsweise
