-WO KINDER IHREN RHYTHMUS FINDEN-

Das Pädagogische Zentrum Pestalozzihaus bietet rund 85 Schüler:innen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen einen Schulplatz teils in Kombination mit einem Wohnplatz an. Das PZP verfügt über zwei Standorte. In der Tagessonderschule Baltenswil werden rund 45 Schüler:innen in 6 Klassen unterrichtet. Am Standort Räterschen befinden sich nebst einer Sonderschule auf Sekundar- und auf Primarstufe (6 Klassen) auch fünf Wohngruppen für rund 36 Kinder und Jugendliche. 

 

Aufgabengebiet

  • Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder und Jugendlichen im Unterricht unter Anleitung der Lehrperson
  • Mitgestaltung eines verlässlichen Schulalltags inkl. Pausen und Betreuungssequenzen
  • Begleitung von schulischen Aktivitäten
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung des Mittagstisches
  • Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit Lehrpersonen und Fachpersonen

 

Voraussetzungen

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit EFZ
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Belastbarkeit 
  • Lern- und Reflexionsbereitschaft 
  • Interesse und Geduld für die Arbeit mit Kindern mit besonderen Strukturbedürfnissen 
  • Flexibilität im Denken und Handeln
