Im Zuge einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir per Anfang Jahr 2027 eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit ihrer Payroll\-Expertise unser Team am Standort bereichert.

Aufgaben \& Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Durchführung der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung inkl. Jahresendarbeiten
  • Pflege von Lohnstammdaten und Erfassung abrechnungsrelevanter Mutationen
  • Abrechnung von Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer und Behördenmeldungen
  • Erstellung von Reportings, Statistiken sowie Abstimmung der HR\-Finanzkonten
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und HR\-Kolleg/innen bei Lohn\- und Sozialversicherungsfragen
  • Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen, SAP\-HR\-Tests und HR\-Projekten

Fachliche Kompetenzen

  • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung der Lohnadministration, vorzugsweise mit SAP HR \& HR Success Factors
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer und Payroll\-Prozessen
  • Weiterbildung im Personalwesen und/oder Bereich Sozialversicherungen
  • Strukturierte, exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, ösisch von Vorteil

Persönliche Kompetenzen

  • Flexible, pflicht\- und verantwortungsbewusste sowie eine vertrauenswürdige, aufgestellte Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständigkeit und gute Organisation in Bezug auf Planung, Einhaltung von Fristen und Selbstkontrolle
