Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Du rekrutierst aktiv qualifizierte Fach- und Hilfskräfte und bringst Menschen mit den passenden beruflichen Möglichkeiten zusammen
  • Du erstellst ansprechende Stelleninserate, führst spannende Gespräche mit Kandidaten und findest für sie passenden Arbeitsstellen
  • Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden und baust dein persönliches Branchen- und Kundenportfolio gezielt aus
  • Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und entwickelst diese weiter
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunden und Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben und stellst sicher, dass auch im Hintergrund alles effizient und zuverlässig läuft

Wir erwarten ##

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Logistik, im Verkauf und/oder im kaufmännischen Bereich und bereits Erfahrung im beruflichen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes Verkaufsflair sowie Leistungs- und Erfolgsorientierung - du packst gerne mit an und möchtest aktiv etwas bewegen
  • Eine offene, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit, die gerne auf Menschen zugeht
  • Gute und sichere IT-Kenntnisse auf aktuellem Niveau
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Du kommst aus Luzern und kennst dich in der Region bestens aus
  • Führerschein Kat. B
