Mitwirken

· Weiterentwicklung des Bildungskonzeptes in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen, inklusive Sicherstellung geeigneter betrieblicher Rahmenbedingungen und der Einhaltung externer Vorgaben

· Entwicklung, Planung, Gestaltung und Evaluation von Ausbildungselementen und Lernstrategien sowie Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildungsqualität, ausgerichtet an der Unternehmens- und L&D-Strategie

· Beratung und Unterstützung von Berufsbildenden und Bildungsverantwortlichen in pädagogischen, andragogischen und methodisch-didaktischen Themen

· Koordination und Vernetzung der Bildungsbereiche auf Tertiärstufe sowie Förderung eines guten Informationsflusses und einer konstruktiven bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

· Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Projekten im Bereich Learning & Development, insbesondere in der Nachwuchsförderung sowie bei definierten Bildungs- und Entwicklungsthemen

· Planung und Durchführung von Bildungs- und Informationsveranstaltungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Informations-, Marketing- und Kommunikationsmassnahmen rund um die Berufsbildung

· Mitarbeit bei weiteren Aufgaben und Themen im Bereich Learning & Development

Mitbringen

· Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Bildungssystems, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen

· Abgeschlossenes und anerkanntes Studium auf HF- oder FH-Stufe in einem Gesundheitsberuf

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ausbilder:in mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation auf CAS-Stufe oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren

· Erfahrung in der Berufsbildung

· Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und Freude am Einsatz digitaler Hilfsmittel

· Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

· Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
