Im direkten Auftrag unserer Mandantin, einem renommierten Industrieunternehmen mit Sitz im Raum Chur, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Personalverantwortliche/r 80-100% #

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Personalrekrutierung und -betreuung für rund 400 Mitarbeiter in Ihrem eigenen Verantwortungsbereich inklusive der damit verbundenen administrativen Aufgaben. Sie betreuen die HR-Prozesse von der Personalplanung und -gewinnung über den Einsatz, die Entwicklung und den Erhalt bis zum Austritt selbstständig. Als Ansprechpartner für Linienvorgesetzte und Mitarbeiter beraten und unterstützen Sie diese in allen Personalbelangen. Zudem arbeiten Sie an HR-spezifischen Themen und Projekten wie Absenzmanagement, Personalentwicklung und Nachwuchsförderung mit.

Um diese spannende Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, verfügen Sie über eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Personalwesen, vorzugsweise als HR-Fachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis, sowie über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer breit gefächerten HR-Funktion, idealerweise als HR Business Partner aus einer ähnlichen Branche, beispielsweise im Industrieumfeld. Sie verstehen es, unterschiedlichste Anspruchsgruppen kompetent zu beraten, treten souverän auf und überzeugen durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz. Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und verfügen über stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse. Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und viel Eigenverantwortung.
