Tu souhaites ne pas seulement exécuter les soins, mais aussi co-développer les structures ? Dans cette fonction, tu participes activement à la mise en place d-une Spitex interne et assumes des responsabilités dans le service de soins.

Pour une institution dans la région du Seeland, nous recherchons dès le 1er novembre 2026 ou selon accord un(e) Dipl. infirmier/-ère HF/FH (50 %). L-accent est mis sur la mise en place d-une Spitex interne, le développement du service de soins ainsi que l-accompagnement professionnel dans le quotidien des soins.

Tes tâches chez le nouvel employeur

  • Participe activement à la mise en œuvre de la Spitex interne et prends en charge l-évaluation des besoins avec interRAI HC, y compris la planification, le contrôle et la facturation des prestations
  • Dirige le service de soins composé de quatre personnes sur le plan organisationnel et du personnel, et développe les structures, processus ainsi que la qualité des soins
  • Conseille les groupes résidentiels et ateliers sur les questions de soins et coordonne la collaboration avec le cabinet médical de la maison, les proches, les représentants légaux et d-autres services spécialisés
  • Assure les interventions médico-techniques, tiens la documentation de suivi dans easyDOK et organise ainsi qu-accompagne les rendez-vous médicaux

Tu offres à ton nouvel employeur

  • Un diplôme de Dipl. infirmier/-ère HF/FH, AKP ou DN II ainsi qu-une expérience professionnelle dans un environnement comparable
  • Une expérience en Spitex et avec interRAI HC ainsi qu-une expérience dans la mise en œuvre de projets dans le domaine des soins
  • Une expérience en gestion est souhaitée, idéalement complétée par une formation en management ou la volonté d-en suivre une
  • Des connaissances actuelles en soins aigus et/ou de longue durée, une manière de travailler autonome et orientée solutions, un permis de conduire catégorie B ainsi qu-une bonne maîtrise de Microsoft 365
