  • Das Herzstück: Du bearbeitest selbständig komplexe Leistungsfälle aus den Bereichen unserer Spitalzusatzversicherungen (VVG) und führst medizinische Abklärungen durch.
  • Die Kostengutsprachen liegen in deiner Verantwortung. Du klärst, erteilst oder lehnst souverän ab.
  • Rechnungen nach VVG prüfst du mit scharfem Auge, stets basierend auf medizinischen Unterlagen, Tarifen, Verträgen und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Für Leistungserbringer und Versicherte stehst du für schriftliche und mündliche Fragen zur Verfügung.
  • Dank deines Servicestandards und deinem Qualitätsanspruch können wir eine nachhaltige Kundenzufriedenheit sicherstellen.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Akutspital mit.
  • Bringst du auch Erfahrungen in der Leistungsprüfung einer Krankenversicherung mit? Das wäre definitiv ein Plus!
  • Du drückst dich sehr gut in Deutsch aus (mündlich und schriftlich) und bist verhandlungssicher im Gespräch mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden. Vielleicht beherrschst du sogar Französisch, Italienisch oder Englisch?
  • Es fällt dir leicht, genau und selbständig zu arbeiten.
  • Du gehst die Extra-Meile: Zeitweise gibt es viel zu tun und damit kannst du umgehen.
