The posting

Betula bietet in Romanshorn betreute Wohn- und Tagesangebote für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen oder leichten kognitiven Einschränkungen. Die Klient\*innen sind freiwillig im Betula und gestalten ihr Leben so eigenverantwortlich und selbständig wie möglich. Sie finden Unterstützung im betreuten Wohnen sowie in Tagesangeboten.

Wir suchen für das Angebot Betreutes Einzelwohnen per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung einen

eine Pflegefachfrau /einen Pflegefachmann HF ##

oder 

eine Sozialpädagogin / einen Sozialpädagogen ##

für ein 60% - 80% Pensum

mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Psychiatrie.

Im Betreuten Einzelwohnen unterstützt Betula Menschen, die über Voraussetzungen verfügen, in einer weitgehend selbstständigen Lebensform zu bestehen, oder diese intensiv und zielgerichtet anstreben. Es handelt sich dabei um mittel- bis längerfristige Aufenthalte.

Die Haltung, auf welcher das agogische Konzept aufbaut, gründet auf den Grundsätzen und Werkzeugen des lösungsorientierten Modells und ist recovery- sowie sozialraumorientiert.
