Als Pflegefachperson mit besonderen Aufgaben (mbA) übernimmst du zentrale Aufgaben im Stations- und Abteilungsmanagement und sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Vertretung der Gruppenleitung und Abteilungsleitung bei Abwesenheiten
  • Begleitung und strukturierte Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Planung und Koordination von Terminen, Ferien, Weiterbildungen und Dienstplanwünschen
  • Administrative Aufgaben (Listenführung, Protokolle, PowerPoint, Anmeldungen)
  • Projektarbeit zu Prozessen, Material, Administration und Medikamentenmanagement
  • Verantwortung bei komplexen Pflegesituationen und Koordination des Visitenprozesses
  • Tagesverantwortung und Schnittstellenmanagement im Stationsalltag
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der Jahresziele

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH mit Akuterfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Freude an Koordination
  • Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten im interprofessionellen Umfeld
  • Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Freude am Pflegeberuf und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
