  • Du erlebst einen Arbeitsalltag, der nicht nur aus Abläufen besteht, sondern Raum für echte Begegnungen lässt
  • Du bringst dich aktiv ein und wirst gehört – deine Beobachtungen und Erfahrungen sind ein wichtiger Teil unserer Pflegequalität

Was du mitbringst

  • Abschluss als Pflegehelfer/in SRK oder Assistent/in Gesundheit \& Soziales
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
