The posting

Der Effingerhort oberhalb von Holderbank AG ist eine Einrichtung der Von Effinger Stiftung für stationäre Suchttherapie im Kanton Aargau. Gesundheitlich, psychisch und sozial beeinträchtigte Menschen mit einem langjährigen Alkohol- oder Drogenhintergrund werden mit einem niederschwelligen Konzept professionell begleitet. Zusätzlich zu den abstinenzorientierten Wohnangeboten führen wir ein spezialisiertes Pflegeheim mit kontrollierter Alkoholabgabe (kT55+). 

 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Nachtdienstes suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Pflegehilfe Nachtdienst 40-100 % - AGS, Pflegehelfer: in SRK

Ihre Aufgaben

Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit einer diplomierten Pflegefachperson HF im Nachtdienst und trägst dazu bei, unseren Bewohnenden eine sichere, ruhige und gut strukturierte Nacht zu ermöglichen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung der Bewohnenden während der Nacht
  • Unterstützung bei Toilettengängen, Lagerungen und grundpflegerischen Tätigkeiten
  • Durchführung von Kontrollgängen
  • Wahrnehmen und Weitergeben von Veränderungen im Befinden oder Verhalten
  • Unterstützung in herausfordernden Situationen und bei Krisen
  • Dokumentation relevanter Beobachtungen
  • Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Übergabe an den Tagdienst
  • kleinere hauswirtschaftliche und organisatorische Aufgaben während der Nacht
  • Bei medizinischen oder psychiatrischen Fragestellungen steht dir die diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF im Nachtdienst zur Seite. 

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Assistent Gesundheit und Soziales AGS, Pflegeassistent SRK oder vergleichbare Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • auch motivierte Quereinsteiger sind bei entsprechender Eignung willkommen
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit einer Abhängigkeitserkrankung, psychischen Erkrankungen und Pflegebedarf
  • eine ruhige, verlässliche und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen besonnen zu handeln
  • respektvolle und wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Bereitschaft für regelmässige Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste
  • grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse für die elektronische Dokumentation
