Tâches ##

  • Préparer la pâte à pizza selon nos standards de qualité.
  • Assurer la mise en place des ingrédients pour le service quotidien.
  • Veiller à la propreté et l'organisation de l'espace de travail.

Daddy Valley représente une nouvelle génération de gastronomie : des produits de haute qualité, des processus clairs et une équipe qui travaille avec passion. Dans le Valley Areal, un nouveau lieu de rencontre pour la pizza, le kebab et plus encore voit le jour - moderne, rapide et avec une exigence de qualité sans compromis.

Nous recherchons un pizzaiolo qui maîtrise son métier, aime s-investir et prend plaisir à faire chaque jour de très bonnes pizzas. Si tu aimes la qualité, que tu gardes le contrôle même quand c-est intense, et que tu préfères agir plutôt que parler, tu es au bon endroit chez nous.

Tes principales tâches :

  • Tu prépares notre pâte à pizza selon la recette et les exigences de qualité et la prépares correctement pour la transformation.
  • Tu t-occupes de la mise en place et prépares tous les ingrédients pour le service quotidien.
  • Tu garnis et cuis nos pizzas en veillant à ce que chaque pizza réponde à nos standards de qualité.
  • Tu respectes nos recettes et tailles de portions définies et assures une qualité constante du produit.
  • Tu maintiens un poste de travail propre, organisé et efficace - même pendant les heures de pointe.
  • Tu veilles rigoureusement à l-hygiène, à la sécurité alimentaire et au stockage correct de nos produits.
  • Tu soutiens ton équipe là où l-aide est nécessaire et travailles en étroite collaboration avec le service, la caisse et le secteur kebab.

Ton profil :

  • Une expérience en tant que pizzaiolo ou cuisinier est un avantage.
  • Tu as de l-expérience en gastronomie et prends plaisir à préparer des produits de haute qualité.
  • Tu travailles de manière autonome, propre, fiable et structurée.
  • Tu es rapide et résistant au stress et gardes le contrôle même dans les situations agitées.
  • La qualité et l-hygiène sont pour toi une évidence.
  • Tu es un joueur d-équipe, flexible et prêt à aider aussi au-delà de ton domaine.
  • Des connaissances de base en allemand sont un avantage.
