Das Hotel verfügt über 101 Zimmer, zehn Seminar- und Gruppenräume, ein Restaurant mit 120 Aussen- und 230 Innensitzplätze, eine Bar, einen 500m² grossen Sauna- und Fitnessbereich sowie einen 200m² grossen Indoorspielplatz mit hauseigener Kita. Vom Tal erreichst Du uns bequem innert zehn Minuten – unter anderem mit der steilsten Standseilbahn der Welt (die Dich auch um 23:10 Uhr noch ins Tal bringt). Zu den Stoos Hotels gehören ausserdem das Wellness Hotel Stoos, das Fronalpstock Hotel und Restaurant sowie das Pistenrestaurant Welesch.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Pizzaiolo
  • Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Führung der Pizzeria
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Zubereitung von direkten und indirekten Teigen sowie in Gärung und Reifung
  • Genauigkeit, Schnelligkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse der englischen und deutschen Sprache, Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie ist von Vorteil

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige und vollständige Führung des Pizzabereichs in Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen und nach deren Anweisungen
  • Zubereitung der Teige (direkt und indirekt) sowie Kontrolle von Gärung und Reifung
  • Organisation und Vorbereitung der Mise en Place (Zutaten, Beläge, Vorbereitungen)
  • Ausrollen, Belegen und Backen der Pizzen sowie Bedienung des Ofens und Kontrolle der Backvorgänge
  • Lagerverwaltung und Meldung von Bestellbedarf
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)
  • Reinigung und Ordnung des gesamten Arbeitsbereichs der Pizzeria
  • Mithilfe bei allen anderen Arbeiten und Bereichen der Küche
