Dans le cadre de notre département Sigma Temporaire Industrie & Technique, nous avons le plaisir de collaborer avec plusieurs entreprises de renom implantées en Valais et actives dans les secteurs de la mécanique de précision, de l'usinage, de l'industrie manufacturière et des technologies de pointe. Afin de répondre à leurs besoins, nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un(e) :

Polymécanicien CFC (H/F)

Vos responsabilités :

  • Réglage, mise en train et conduite de machines CNC (tournage, fraisage ou centres d'usinage)
  • Fabrication de pièces unitaires, prototypes ou petites et moyennes séries
  • Lecture et interprétation de plans techniques et dessins mécaniques
  • Réalisation des contrôles dimensionnels et qualité des pièces produites
  • Programmation et correction de programmes CNC selon les besoins de production
  • Sélection et préparation des outils de coupe
  • Optimisation des temps de fabrication et des processus d'usinage
  • Participation à l'entretien courant et à la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements
  • Respect des tolérances, des exigences qualité et des procédures de fabrication
  • Collaboration étroite avec les bureaux techniques, la production et le contrôle qualité

Votre profil :

  • CFC de Polymécanicien ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée en usinage conventionnel et/ou CNC
  • Excellente maîtrise de la lecture de plans mécaniques
  • Bonnes connaissances des techniques de tournage, fraisage et métrologie
  • Maîtrise des instruments de mesure et de contrôle (pied à coulisse, micromètre, comparateur, etc.)
  • Connaissances en programmation CNC, un réel atout
  • Personne autonome, rigoureuse et orientée qualité
  • Esprit analytique et sens de la précision
  • Capacité à travailler aussi bien de manière indépendante qu'en équipe
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule, un atout
