Polymécanicien Prototypiste CNC

MISSION

Vous réalisez des pièces prototypes de haute précision ainsi que de petites séries destinées à nos activités de développement et de production. Vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble du processus d'usinage, depuis la définition de la méthode de fabrication jusqu'au contrôle final des pièces, en passant par la programmation FAO, le réglage des machines et le suivi de la production.

RESPONSABILITES

  • Avoir une approche « protoypie » dans les méthodes de fabrication : Optimiser le temps de « mise en train \& fabrication »
  • Réaliser des programmes sur le logiciel de FAO Alphacam et sur les commandes CNC Heidenhain \& Fanuc
  • Usiner des pièces sur des machines conventionnelles, tour CN 2/4 axes, fraiseuse CN 3/4/5 axes, rectification plane et cylindrique, érosion à fil et enfonçage
  • Préparer, monter et régler les outils coupants en machine
  • Débiter, fixer et aligner les pièces dans la zone de travail
  • Régler les machines selon les procédés établis
  • Vérifie le programme sur la machine en simulation
  • Lancer et suivre la production, corriger les éventuelles déviations
  • Contrôler à 100% la conformité des pièces terminées en respectant les cotes du plan et enregistrer les valeurs mesurées sur le dessin d’usinage
  • Jalonner les opérations de l’OF sur l’ERP Oracle
  • S'assurer de l'entretien régulier du parc machines selon les instructions du fabricant en collaboration avec le responsable de la Maintenance

PROFIL

* CFC de polymécanicien, mécanicien de production ou formation équivalente * Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'usinage de précision. * Une expérience dans la fabrication de prototypes constitue un atout important. * Maîtrise de la programmation FAO, idéalement sur Alphacam. * Bonnes connaissances des commandes numériques Heidenhain et Fanuc. * Excellente maîtrise des procédés d'usinage par enlèvement de copeaux. * Capacité à travailler sur des pièces de très haute précision, avec des tolérances pouvant atteindre * Connaissances en rectification plane et cylindrique, un atout. * Connaissances de l'électroérosion à fil et par enfonçage, un atout. * Bonnes connaissances en trigonométrie et géométrie appliquées à l'usinage. * Aisance avec les outils informatiques usuels et les systèmes ERP. * Français courant. j4id10423248a j4it1040a j4iy26a
