Seit 1898 liefern wir in der vierten Generation als Maschinenfabrik qualitativ hochwertige Klein\- und Mittlere\-Serienteile im spanabhebenden Bereich. Mit unserem modernen Maschinenpark und langjährigem Know\-How sind wir in der Lage, flexibel auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse und Wünsche unserer Kunden einzugehen. Als Zulieferer für die unterschiedlichsten Unternehmen in der Schweiz bearbeiten wir eine grosse Bandbreite an verschiedensten Materialien. Auf unseren Maschinen fertigen wir hochkomlexe Teile mit bis zu 9\-Achsen und bearbeiten bis zu einem Ø100 mm ab Stange.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten und qualifizierten Polymechaniker/in CNC\-Drehen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Programmieren und Einrichten unserer CNC\-Drehmaschinen (Nakamura, Doosan, Miyano)
  • Herstellung von anspruchsvollen Präzisionsteilen in mittleren Serien
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Optimierung der bestehenden Fertigungsprozesse
  • Verantwortungsbewusste Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile gemäss Vorgaben
  • Fachgerechte Wartung und Pflege des zugeteilten Maschinenparks
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur stetigen Verbesserung unserer Produktionsabläufe

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Polymechaniker/in EFZ (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der CNC\-Programmierung und im Einrichten, idealerweise mit Fanuc ISO Steuerung
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie exakte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähig, mitdenkende und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
