* Vous conseillez nos clients en matière de crédits hypothécaires

* Vous évaluez les nouvelles affaires et élaborez les demandes de crédit

* Vous déterminez et vérifiez la plausibilité des estimations de la valeur vénale

* Vous gérez les dossiers, contrats et titres de gage immobilier

* Vous administrez les données clients dans nos systèmes informatiques

* Vous participez activement au développement des processus, à la numérisation et à l'automatisation

* Vous soutenez le responsable hypothèques dans les tâches techniques et organisationnelles et assumez des fonctions de remplacement

Ce que vous apportez

* Diplôme universitaire ou formation continue dans les domaines bancaire, financier ou immobilier

* Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le secteur bancaire, immobilier ou assurance

* Très bonnes connaissances du secteur hypothécaire

* Forte affinité avec les chiffres ainsi que des compétences analytiques prononcées

* Grand sens des responsabilités ainsi qu-un travail autonome et précis

* Orientation client forte, excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles

* Joie à assumer des responsabilités et à façonner les changements

* Maîtrise courante de l-allemand, la connaissance du français est un atout
