AG ist ein Dienstleister sowie ein Kompetenzzentrum für die Durchführung von Berufs\- und höheren Fachprüfungen. Als Referenzpartner auf nationaler Ebene sind wir mit unseren Prüfungssekretariaten in Zürich, Neuenburg und im Tessin tätig. Unsere Kunden sind Dachverbände, die eidgenössische Prüfungen in verschiedenen Bereichen unterstützen. Wir suchen für unser Team HRSE (Human Resources Swiss Exams, ) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Prüfungskoordinator:in und Teamleiter:in 80% Prüfungskoordinator:in und Teamleiter:in 80% \- HRSE Deine Verantwortung. Die Funktion umfasst die Koordination der eidgenössischen Berufs\- und höheren Fachprüfung im Bereich Human Resources. Als Teamleiter:in verantwortest Du zusammen mit vier Prüfungsorganisator:innen den einwandfreien Ablauf des Prüfungsbetriebes inklusive der zugehörigen Administration. Dabei stellst Du auch die Zusammenarbeit mit allen Stakeholdern der eidgenössischen Prüfungen sicher. Dein Hauptarbeitsort ist Zürich. Im monatlichen Rhythmus bist Du auch im Zweitbüro in Neuchâtel. Vor und während der Prüfungstage leitest Du am jeweiligen jeweiligen Prüfungsort mit den Prüfungsorganisator:innen das temporäre Prüfungssekretariat. Dein Profil. Du bringst idealerweise eine kaufmännische Grund\- und betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung mit sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung im Dienstleistungsumfeld und verfügst über Führungs\- und leitende Projektmanagementerfahrung. Darüber hinaus verstehst Du Dich als Generalist:in mit Freude an operativen wie unternehmerischen Aufgaben, kommunizierst Du gern mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen, gehst in einer Drehscheibenfunktion auf und zeichnest Dich durch eine ausgezeichnete Dienstleistungshaltung und pragmatische Lösungsorientierung aus, interessierst Du Dich für den Bildungsbereich, nimmst Du die regelmässigen externen Termine flexibel wahr (auch während der Schulferien) verfügst Du als Führungsperson über hohe Sozialkompetenz, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit, kommunizierst Du einwandfrei auf Deutsch (Muttersprache) und ösisch (mind. B2 schriftlich, idealerweise C1 mündlich), bist Du IT\-affin und bringst Dich aktiv an der weiteren digitalen Entwicklung der Prüfungen und der Prüfungsadministration ein, scheust Du Dich nicht, wo immer nötig selbst auch mit anzupacken.
