The posting

Das Jugendheim der Viktoria-Stiftung Richigen dient der Erziehung, Betreuung, Schulung, Ausbildung und Berufsabklärung von sozial auffälligen Jugendlichen im Schul- und Lehrlingsalter. Es werden bis zu 36 weibliche und männliche Jugendliche im Alter von 12 bis 22 Jahren aufgenommen, deren Ablösungs- und Integrationsprobleme innerhalb des bisherigen Umfeldes nicht gelöst werden konnten und somit ein Milieuwechsel erforderlich machten. Die Jugendlichen werden ausschliesslich von zivil- oder strafrechtlichen Behörden eingewiesen. Neben dem pädagogischen Bereich gehören ein psychologischer Dienst, körpertherapeutische Einzelstunden, eine interne Schule, geschützte Arbeits- und Ausbildungsplätze im Bereich Atelier und Betriebe sowie Systemische Beratung für Familien zum Angebot der Institution.

Praktikant:in Arbeitsagogik ##

  • Stellenantritt: Ab sofort 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung
  • Praktikumsdauer: 1 Jahr
  • Mindestalter: 23 Jahre

Sie suchen einen praxisnahen und lebendigen Einblick in die Arbeitsagogik, bei dem Sie Jugendliche im Arbeitsalltag begleiten können und in einem unterstützenden Team viel dazulernen? Dann bietet Ihnen unser Praktikum im Bereich Arbeitsagogik die ideale Möglichkeit, Ihr handwerkliches Können mit agogischer Arbeit zu verbinden. In unserem Bereich Atelier und Betriebe arbeiten Sie eng mit sozial auffälligen Jugendlichen zusammen. Sie unterstützen diese im Berufsalltag, begleiten sie in ihrer Tagesstruktur und werden dabei Schritt für Schritt in agogische Vorgehensweisen eingeführt. Dabei profitieren Sie von einer sorgfältigen Einführung und der Begleitung durch erfahrene Fachpersonen, die Ihnen einen echten Einblick in die pädagogische und agogische Arbeit ermöglichen. Sie werden Teil eines engagierten Teams, das Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, Klarheit und eine wertschätzende Haltung legt. Dazu gehören abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten und ein Arbeitsumfeld, das Sie fordert und zugleich fördert. Sie übernehmen eine sinnstiftende Aufgabe in einem Umfeld, das alles andere als gewöhnlich ist. Eine moderne Infrastruktur und klare Abläufe unterstützen Sie bei Ihrer täglichen Arbeit. Ausserdem erhalten Sie die Möglichkeit, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln und wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen in der Arbeitsagogik zu sammeln.
