Aufgaben:

  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Bewerbungen
  • Allgemeine Administration / Korrespondenz mit Bewerbern (Terminkoordination, Email, Bewerbungsdossier erstellen, Absagen etc.)
  • Pflege der Bewerberdatenbank
  • Neukunden\-Akquisition
  • Unterstützung bei der Vermittlung des temporäres Personals und Dauerstellen
  • Erstellen von Präsentationen / Statistiken

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre – sei es aus dem Handwerk oder aus dem kaufm. Bereich
  • Alter: 19 bis 24 Jung
  • Sehr gute PC\-Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache, Fremdsprachen wie Spanisch, Portugiesisch, Französisch, Englisch sind von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung – aber willkommen
  • Organisationstalent und grosser Einsatzwille sind weitere Pluspunkte
  • Teamfähigkeit und in hektischen Zeiten die Ruhe bewahren, ist kein Problem für dich

  • Wir bieten dir eine gezielte Schulung und Einführung in den Beruf als Recruiter und Personalberater (m/w/d) an
