Unser Client-Channels-Team ist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der physischen und digitalen Kontaktpunkte der Zürcher Kantonalbank. Auf diesen Touchpoints finden täglich mehrere Millionen Interaktionen statt. Gemeinsam mit unseren Mobile-Teams entwickeln wir das ZKB Mobile Banking kontinuierlich weiter und schaffen die technische und organisatorische Basis für ein sicheres, stabiles und überzeugendes digitales Kundenerlebnis.

Unser System-Team für das Mobile Banking verantwortet die gemeinsame App-Basis und schafft die Voraussetzungen dafür, dass mehrere Feature Teams parallel aber trotzdem abgestimmt und auf einer Codebasis entwickeln und releasen können. In der Rolle als Product Owner übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle für das ZKB Mobile Banking. Du verbindest Product Ownership mit Fachbereichsverantwortung und sorgst dafür, dass System, Qualität, Governance und Delivery über Teamgrenzen hinweg zusammenspielen. 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuern und Priorisieren des Backlogs der System-Teams mit Fokus auf App-Basis, systemübergreifende Anforderungen, Enabler und technische Weiterentwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business Engineers, Entwickler:innen und Architektur zur Integration mehrerer Team-Entwicklungen in eine konsistente, stabile und skalierbare Mobile-Banking-App mit den wachsenenden Anforderungen des Mobile Bankings
  • Verantworten des Release- und Deployment-Management der ZKB Mobile Banking App gemeinsam mit Testing und den Feature-Teams sowie Sicherstellen einer pragmatischen, qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung
  • Übernehmen der Fachbereichsverantwortung für die relevanten Mobile-Banking-Systeme und Sicherstellen von Sicherheits-, Risiko- und Governance-Vorgaben
  • Beurteilen von Testabdeckung, Risiken und Release Readiness vor Releases sowie Erteilen der fachlichen Freigaben 
  • Orchestrierung der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und Zusammenführen unterschiedlicher Interessen und Abhängigkeiten zu klaren Entscheiden
  • Sicherstellen von Stabilität, Sicherheit und Qualität der App, auch in kritischen Situationen und als Ganzes über die Optimierung eines einzelnen Teams 

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner, Business Analyst oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle im digitalen Umfeld mit Mobile Apps, Digital Banking oder komplexen Plattform-/Systemprodukten ist ein grosses Plus
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in agiler Produktentwicklung mit Methoden wie Scrum, idealerweise ergänzt mit SAFe
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis von Architektur, Schnittstellen, App-Basis, Release-Prozessen und Software-Delivery
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit hoher Entscheidungsstärke und Überzeugungskraft 
  • Analytische, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein 
  • Eine End-to-End-Sicht über Teamgrenzen hinweg und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Abhängigkeiten zu strukturieren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
