  • Cross\-funktionale Umsetzung: Sie orchestrieren die Zusammenarbeit von internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnerinnen und Partnern, fördern agile Arbeitsweisen und sorgen für eine effiziente und flexible Umsetzung
  • Transparente Kommunikation: Sie kommunizieren offen, klar und zielgruppengerecht, bauen auf Vertrauen auf und stärken so die Partnerschaften mit Ihren Anspruchsgruppen

Ihr Profil \- kommunikativ, exakt und verantwortungsbewusst

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fach bildet die Grundlage. Sie verfügen über breit gefächerte ICT\-Kenntnisse und sind mit aktuellen Technologien bestens vertraut
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Product\- und Service\-Management mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse im Business\-Engineering. Erfahrungen in der Verwaltung sind ein Plus. Weiterbildungen im Projektmanagement (z.B. HERMES), als Product Owner (z. B. Scrum PSPO) oder Business Analyst runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Teamarbeit bereitet Ihnen Freude, und Sie schätzen einen offenen, lösungsorientierten Dialog
  • Mit Ihrer schnellen Auffassungsgabe, klaren Kommunikation und Ihrem professionellen Auftreten überzeugen Sie und vernetzen interne und externe Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten wirkungsvoll

Die Zentrale Informatik ist das Kompetenz\- und das Servicezentrum der kantonalen Verwaltung für Informatikfragen. Sie unterstützt die Landeskanzlei, die Direktionen und die Gerichte dabei, ihre Aufgaben durch Digitalisierung und Automation wirtschaftlich, effizient und effektiv zu bewältigen. Das Leistungsspektrum umfasst die Durchführung von direktionenübergreifenden Digitalisierungsprojekten, die Sicherstellung der IT\-Grundversorgung, die Bereitstellung von Geschäftsanwendungen sowie das Management der Informationssicherheit.
