BÜHLMANN Laboratories AG ist ein internationales Produktions\- und Handelsunternehmen im Bereich Life Sciences mit Hauptsitz in Schönenbuch, Kanton Basel\-Landschaft. Seit 50 Jahren haben wir führende in\-vitro Diagnostikprodukte (IVD) entwickelt, denen Spitäler und private medizinische Labore weltweit vertrauen. Wir beschäftigen über 150 Mitarbeitende, davon 140 in Schönenbuch.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Operations \& Manufacturing Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und exakt arbeitende Persönlichkeit als:

Production Planner \& AVOR Specialist (m/w/d) 100%

In dieser zentralen Schnittstellenfunktion übernimmst du die operative Klammer zwischen Produktionsplanung, Lagerwirtschaft, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung. Du stellst sicher, dass Produktionsaufträge termingerecht vorbereitet werden, sämtliche benötigten Materialien verfügbar sind und alle Produktionsunterlagen lückenlos sowie regelkonform bearbeitet werden (inkl. Batch Record Review). Hierbei steuerst du die Prozesse maßgeblich über unser ERP\-System Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Du rapportierst direkt an den Lead Manager Production.

Deine Aufgaben – Deine Chance

* Produktionsplanung \& Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR): Planung, Erstellung, Freigabe und Nachverfolgung von Produktionsaufträgen in Business Central unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeit und Lieferterminen.

  • Stammdaten\- \& Prozesspflege: Pflege und Kontrolle von Stücklisten, Arbeitsplänen, Artikel\- und Chargenstammdaten sowie Identifikation und Bearbeitung von Engpässen.
  • Qualitätssicherung \& Batch Record Review: Vollständige, prüfkonforme Durchführung von Batch Record Reviews und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Standards (ISO, IVD, GMP).
  • Material\- \& Lagerdisposition: Planung und Überwachung des Materialbedarfs (Rohstoffe, Komponenten, Verpackungsmaterial) sowie Kontrolle von Lagerbewegungen, Bestandskorrekturen und Chargenrückverfolgbarkeit.
  • Systemseitige Abwicklung (ERP): Operative Nutzung von MS Dynamics 365 Business Central zur Überwachung von Materialverbräuchen, Produktionsbuchungen sowie zur Eröffnung und zum Abschluss von Aufträgen.
  • Schnittstellenkoordination: Enge und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Produktion, Lager, Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung und Maintenance.

Dein Profil – Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische, kaufmännische, logistische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. Biologielaborant/in, Logistiker/in, Prozessfachmann/\-frau) oder ein entsprechendes Fachhochschulstudium.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeitsarbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR), Produktionsplanung oder Produktionssteuerung.
  • Regulatorisches Umfeld: Erfahrung im Arbeiten unter GMP/IVD/Medizintechnik\- oder pharmazeutischen Qualitätsstandards inkl. fundierter Praxis im Batch Record Review.
  • ERP\- \& IT\-Kenntnisse: Sehr gute praktische Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Bereiche Produktion, Stücklisten \& Lager) sowie versierter Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel).
  • Lager\- \& Materialwirtschaft: Solide Kenntnisse in Materialdisposition, Bestandsführung, Chargenverwaltung und lückenloser Rückverfolgbarkeit.
  • Arbeitsweise \& Persönlichkeit: Exakte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Übersicht bei parallel laufenden Aufträgen sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Kommunikation \& Teamgeist: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit als Schnittstellenperson sowie Freude an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung operativer Prozesse.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
