Ihre Aufgabe

In dieser anspruchsvollen Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Technik, Unterhalt, Produktionsplanung und Logistik. Sie führen und entwickeln die unterstellten Mitarbeitenden fachlich sowie personell weiter und stellen einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf sicher. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die Planung, Organisation und Überwachung sämtlicher Wartungs\-, Instandhaltungs\- und Optimierungsarbeiten an den technischen Anlagen und der Infrastruktur. Zudem verantworten Sie die Sicherstellung einer effizienten Produktions\- und Ressourcenplanung sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Abläufen und technischen Standards. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen und sorgen für eine nachhaltige Kosten\-, Qualitäts\- und Terminoptimierung.

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung im mechanischen Bereich, idealerweise mit entsprechender Weiterbildung auf Stufe Techniker, Meister, Produktionsfachmann oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld, Technik, Unterhalt und Betriebsorganisation sowie in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse sowie praxisorientierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie eine lösungs\-, organisations\- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Belastbare, kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Erfahrung aus der Papier\-, Karton\-, Hülsen\- oder Verpackungsindustrie von Vorteil
  • Ebenfalls willkommen sind ambitionierte Schichtführer, Teamleiter oder Nachwuchsführungskräfte aus der Branche mit technischem Hintergrund und Entwicklungspotenzial
