Produktionsmitarbeiter:in \- Key Operator (m/w/d) =================================================

Der/die Produktionsmitarbeiter arbeitet an der Abfüllanlage und stellt als Key Operator während der Schicht sicher, dass der Produktions\- und Wartungsplan unter Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards sowie optimaler Kosten umgesetzt wird. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lead Operator trägt die Position zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse, zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Anlagenbetriebs sowie zur Weiterentwicklung des Teams bei.

ÜBER DEINEN NEUEN JOB:

  • Vor\- und Nachbereitung der Abfülllinie für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf gemäss wöchentlichem Abfüllplan
  • Selbstständige Überwachung, Bedienung und Optimierung aller Maschinen sowie einzelner Anlagenteile
  • Überwachung des gesamten Produktionsablaufs und Koordination der Tätigkeiten der Operatoren während der Schicht
  • Behebung von Maschinenstörungen sowie Unterstützung bei Wartungsarbeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitätsrichtlinien durch regelmässige Kontrollen und lückenlose Dokumentation
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften inklusive CIP\- und COP\-Reinigungsprozesse
  • Operative Führung der Schicht in Vertretung und in Abstimmung mit dem Lead Operator sowie Durchführung notwendiger Einweisungen
  • Erstellung und Sicherstellung zeitnaher und präziser Berichte zu Leistung, Aufgaben und Standards im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems im eigenen Arbeitsbereich
  • Erarbeitung von kurz\- und langfristigen Optimierungs\- und Fehlerbehebungsmassnahmen gemeinsam mit dem Lead Operator sowie Überwachung der nachhaltigen Umsetzung
  • Bewertung des Qualifizierungsbedarfs der Operatoren und Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten bei deren Ausbildung und Weiterentwicklung

SIND DAS DEINE GEHEIMEN ZUTATEN:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre EFZ
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld mit
  • Du verfügst über technische Grundkenntnisse in Mechanik und Elektrik
  • Du hast Grundkenntnisse im Abfüllprozess von Getränken sowie in der Lebensmittelindustrie und den geltenden Hygienevorschriften
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du bist teamorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung innerhalb deiner Schicht
  • Du verfügst über MS Office\- und SAP\-Grundkenntnisse
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch
