Tâches ##

  • Assurer la prise en charge individuelle des résidents avec professionnalisme.
  • Participer à la qualité des soins et à la responsabilité professionnelle.
  • Documenter les soins selon les normes BESA/RAI.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en santé ou soins, expérience en gériatrie souhaitée.
  • Compétences en soins et en communication sociale.
  • Connaissance en informatique et bonne maîtrise de l'allemand.

La Fondation Maison de Retraite Riedacker est située à Heimberg, directement au bord de la belle forêt de Buechwald avec une vue sur un magnifique panorama montagneux. Dans deux maisons de résidence, environ 75 personnes âgées et dépendantes reçoivent des soins professionnels et attentionnés dans un cadre de vie confortable avec une dégustation agréable.

Pour compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord un professionnel de la santé / infirmier diplômé HF à 30-100%

Vous apportez :

  • Un diplôme de FaGe ou d'infirmier diplômé HF
  • Une expérience et des connaissances en gériatrie palliative sont un avantage
  • Un intérêt et une compréhension des besoins des personnes âgées dépendantes
  • Des compétences en soins et sociales ainsi que le plaisir dans votre domaine d-activité
  • Autonomie, engagement, fiabilité et résistance au stress
  • Des connaissances approfondies en planification des soins et classification selon BESA / RAI
  • Des compétences en informatique, une bonne maîtrise de l-allemand

Vos principales tâches :

  • Vous soutenez et prenez en charge les soins et l-accompagnement individuels des résidents
  • Vous participez à la responsabilité professionnelle et à l-assurance qualité
  • Vous contribuez à l-organisation du quotidien des résidents
  • Vous assumez la responsabilité journalière des soins et de l-accompagnement
  • Documentation des soins selon les directives BESA / RAI
