Dich erwartet eine anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit, die einen wichtigen Teil im Fertigungsprozess unserer hochwertigen Produkte darstellt. Wir wollen unsere operativen Prüfungen gesamthaft koordinieren und unter Berücksichtigung der Wirtschaftlichkeit weiter optimieren. Deine Rolle Als Project Quality Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung über den gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus. Deine Verantwortlichkeiten erstrecken sich von der Konzeptphase bis zur Markteinführung, mit dem Ziel, die vollständige Erfüllung aller Qualitätsanforderungen und das Erreichen des erforderlichen Reifegrads für die Serienproduktion sicherzustellen.

  • Du planst, koordinierst und setzt qualitätsbezogene Aktivitäten im Rahmen von Neuprodukteinführungen von der Projektphase bis zum Launch um
  • Du moderierst FMEA-Sitzungen zur strukturierten Risikobeurteilung und leitest daraus konkrete Massnahmen
  • Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen sowohl intern als auch bei Lieferanten über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg zum Beispiel durch EMPB und die 8D Methode
  • Du planst und führst Prozess und Produktaudits in der Entwicklung und Vorserienphase durch
  • Du förderst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung durch die systematische Analyse von Feldreklamationen
  • Du gestaltest aktiv das QM System mit und entwickelst es laufend weiter

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit ###

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsbereich, idealerweise im Projektumfeld
  • Du gehst sicher mit den Quality Core Tools wie FMEA, MSA, SPC und 8D um
  • Du verfügst über fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Produkt und Prozessaudits
  • Du verfügst über ein klares analytisches Verständnis und eine starke Kundenfokussierung.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, selbstorganisiert und strukturiert und überzeugst zugleich durch deine Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
