Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung von kleineren bis mittelgrossen Projekten im Bereich der Gebäudeautomation.
  • Die selbstständige Planung und Umsetzung - von der Konzeptentwicklung über die Detailplanung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Realisierung und Inbetriebsetzung gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden sowohl in technischen als auch wirtschaftlichen Belangen.
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Gewerken am Bau und kommuniziest professionell mit allen Projektbeteiligten.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Standorts im Bereich Gebäudeautomation.
  • Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und gewinnst durch gezielte Marktbearbeitung neue Kunden und Projekte.
  • Du erkennst Marktchancen, baust ein regionales Netzwerk zu Bauherren, Planern, Architekten auf und repräsentierst die E3 HLK AG im Markt.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik und Gebäudeautomation.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits in GA-Projekten mitgewirkt oder diese geleitet.
  • Zusätzlich bringst Du Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in sowie Interesse an Digitalisierungsthemen und deren Weiterentwicklung mit.
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und bewegst dich sicher im Marktumfeld.
  • Mit Deinem Verkaufsflair erkennst Du Kundenbedürfnisse und entwickelst daraus passende Lösungen und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
  • Du überzeugst durch Dein sicheres Auftreten, Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken und den Willen, einen Standort mitzugestalten und erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln.
