Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Natur suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Projektleiter:inNatur (60–80 %), befristet auf fünf Jahre

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Bearbeitung und Beurteilung von Fördergesuchen Dritter im Bereich Natur
  • Verfassen von Förderanträgen und deren Vertretung in der Arbeitsgruppe Förderung sowie gegenüber Geschäftsleitung und Stiftungskommission
  • Verfassen von Fördervereinbarungen
  • Begleitung, Controlling und Auswertung von bewilligten Förderprojekten bei deren Umsetzung
  • Administrative Arbeiten im Fördermanagement
  • Entwicklung, Leitung und Umsetzung von CMS\-eigenen Projekten im Bereich Natur
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerken mit Fachstellen, Behörden, NGOs, Stiftungen und weiteren Partner:innen im Natur\- und Umweltbereich
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei strategischen und konzeptionellen Aufgaben

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in den Bereichen Umweltwissenschaften, Forstwirtschaft, Geografie, Nachhaltigkeit oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung im Fördermanagement sowie in der Leitung oder Begleitung komplexer, interdisziplinärer Projekte
  • Vertrautheit mit ökologischen und/oder Umweltthemen, Biodiversität und Nachhaltigkeit, vorzugsweise mit Bezug zur Stadt und Region Basel
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations\- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie ein gewinnendes Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Verständnis dafür, wie im Umfeld von Politik, Behörden, NGOs und Stiftungen erfolgreiche Projekte im Bereich Natur umgesetzt werden können
