Votre mission 

  • Réclamations clients et actions correctives - Gérer la résolution des réclamations, le reporting des actions correctives et la collaboration interfonctionnelle
  • Fiabilité et analyse des risques - Réaliser des évaluations MTBF, des évaluations du taux de défauts et des stratégies d-atténuation des risques
  • Qualité fournisseurs et processus - Assurer la conformité des matériaux, optimiser les processus et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d-amélioration continue
  • Développement produit & conformité - Contribuer aux évaluations AMDEC, aux audits internes et au respect des normes qualité
  • Formation & partage des connaissances - Former les équipes aux meilleures pratiques, à la conformité et aux méthodologies qualité

Votre profil

  • Licence ou master en mécanique, électronique, micromécanique, physique ou domaine équivalent
  • Une première expérience en développement, production ou chaîne d-approvisionnement dans l-industrie des semi-conducteurs, automobile ou aéronautique serait un atout
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de résolution de problèmes (AMDEC, 8D, Sept outils qualité, etc.)
  • Connaissance du LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001 et des normes qualité internationales
  • Bonne maîtrise d-Excel
  • Anglais courant à l-écrit et à l-oral

Maîtrise des méthodologies de résolution de problèmes (AMDEC, 8D, Sept outils qualité, etc.) Connaissance du LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001 et des normes qualité internationales Bonne maîtrise d-Excel Anglais courant à l-écrit et à l-oral
