Einleitung

Atramex AG ist ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich innovativer Lösungen für die Bau\-, Industrie\- und Reinigungsbranche. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten und kundenorientierten Anwendungstechniker / Kundenberater im Aussendienst (w/m/d) für die Region St. Gallen und Umgebung. Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer bestehenden Kunden in der Region Ostschweiz und Umgebung.
  • Akquisition von Neukunden und Ausbau des Kundenstamms.
  • Präsentation und Demonstration unserer Produkte und Lösungen vor Ort.
  • Technische Unterstützung und Schulung der Kunden bei der Anwendung unserer Produkte.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst und anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Kundenbetreuung.
  • Markt\- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
  • Erfassung der Termine, Besuchsberichte, Aufgaben elektronisch mittels CRM.
  • Planung nach einem Forcast Wochenraster wobei pro Reisetage 4 Termine einzuplanen sind.
  • 8 Kundenbesuche pro Tag sind die Zielvorgaben einzuplanen.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bau\- oder Reinigungsumfeld.
  • Erfahrung im Aussendienst oder in der Kundenberatung von Vorteil.
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an innovativen Lösungen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie B.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
