  • Dein Ziel, wenn du das Rayon Convenience und Fleisch führst? Ein genussvolles Frische- und Einkaufserlebnis für deine Kundschaft.  
  • Du sorgst regelmässig für Nachschub, sodass die Produkte stets verfügbar sind. Und liegt die Ware im Regal, weckt sie die Lust zum Probieren.
  • Wenn deine Kundschaft eine Frage oder ein Anliegen hat, gibst du kompetent und gern Auskunft. 
  • Respekt steht bei dir im Mittelpunkt, wenn du dein Team führst. So sorgst du für eine tolle Stimmung.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Grundbildung im Detailhandel, als Fleischfachfrau/Fleischfachmann (w/m/d), Köchin/Koch (w/m/d) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Bereich Convenience/Fleisch? Alle diese Bereiche passen für diesen Job.
  • Mit Verkauf und Führung in ähnlicher Funktion kennst du dich aus.
  • Du hast bereits Warenkenntnisse im Verantwortungsbereich Convenience und Fleisch? Ein toller Vorteil.
  • Du liebst es, die Leute zu beraten und dein Interesse an Qualitätsprodukten und kulinarischem Wissen zu teilen.
  • Deutsch hast du sehr gut im Griff - mündlich und schriftlich.
  • Bezüglich der Einsatzzeiten bist du flexibel.
  • Dich in neue Systeme einzudenken, fällt dir leicht.
