Représentant Commercial - Orthopédie

Responsabilités :

Promouvoir les produits et fournir un support technique afin de développer les ventes et d-augmenter la part de marché de Symbios en Suisse Centrale / région de Berne.

  • Fournir un support technique et commercial en salles d-opération.
  • Promouvoir l-utilisation des produits Symbios en prospectant, visitant les clients et présentant les produits.
  • Fidéliser les clients existants et en acquérir de nouveaux, en veillant à atteindre les objectifs.
  • Contribuer activement au suivi et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale.
  • Gérer les aspects administratifs, notamment ceux liés aux opérations.
  • Recueillir des informations sur les tendances du marché et les rapporter de manière structurée.
  • Transmettre toutes les commandes clients à l-entreprise sans délai. Respecter strictement les prix, remises et conditions générales de vente de l-entreprise, ainsi que toute modification que celle-ci pourrait introduire à tout moment.
  • Tenir l-entreprise régulièrement et continuellement informée de l-avancement des tâches confiées.

Profil recherché :

  • Une personnalité entrepreneuriale, motivée et enthousiaste !
  • Au moins 5 ans d-expérience en vente
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience en milieu opératoire requises
  • Des connaissances cliniques/techniques des produits hanche/genou sont un atout
  • Vous travaillez de manière structurée et stratégique et savez comprendre des systèmes techniques complexes
  • Vous êtes à l-aise avec les outils informatiques standards
  • Vous aimez interagir avec les gens, avez une empathie naturelle et travaillez de manière orientée solution et client
  • Vous aimez travailler de façon autonome, avec la flexibilité requise sur le terrain, et savez vous adapter aux imprévus quotidiens
  • Vous êtes germanophone natif et maîtrisez bien l-anglais (niveau minimum B2). La maîtrise du français est un atout.
