En tant que Responsable Bureau Technique, vous pilotez les activités méthodes et industrialisation afin d'assurer la performance, la fiabilité et l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication. Vous encadrez une équipe technique, accompagnez l'industrialisation des nouveaux produits et contribuez à l'optimisation globale des opérations industrielles.

Responsable Bureau Technique (m/f)

Notre client est un acteur industriel reconnu évoluant dans un environnement de production de haute précision. Dans un contexte de développement et d'amélioration continue, l'entreprise recherche un responsable capable de structurer, optimiser et faire évoluer les méthodes de fabrication tout en accompagnant les équipes opérationnelles.

Missions

Vous serez en charge d'une petite équipe et vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:

  • Piloter et développer les activités Méthodes et Industrialisation.
  • Définir, optimiser et standardiser les procédés de fabrication afin d'améliorer la robustesse, la qualité et la performance des processus.
  • Superviser l'industrialisation de nouveaux produits, de la conception des processus jusqu'à leur validation en production.
  • Assurer la gestion et la fiabilité des données techniques, de la documentation de fabrication et des paramètres de production.
  • Coordonner les essais, qualifications et validations de procédés industriels.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue portant sur la productivité, la qualité et les coûts.
  • Analyser les problématiques techniques, conduire les actions correctives et préventives et assurer le support aux équipes de production.
  • Encadrer et développer l'équipe du bureau technique, piloter les projets et suivre les indicateurs de performance.

Profil du candidat

Vous correspondez au profil suivant:

  • Formation supérieure d'ingénieur en microtechnique ou similaire.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de l'Horlogerie.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets d'industrialisation, l'optimisation des procédés et les démarches d'amélioration continue.
  • Solide expérience en management d'équipes techniques.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils ERP et des systèmes de suivi de production.
  • Excellente compréhension des procédés industriels et des méthodes de fabrication.
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation, esprit analytique et aptitude à travailler de manière transversale.
  • Orientation résultats, rigueur, réactivité et forte culture de l'amélioration continue.
