On ne va toutefois pas te mentir, on est exigeant. Alors si tu es une personne motivée et hyper enthousiaste rejoins le clan pour le poste de Responsable d-atelier en tableaux électriques

Ta mission : ##

  • Superviser et coordonner la fabrication des tableaux électriques basse tension au sein de l-atelier.
  • Organiser et répartir les charges de travail afin d-assurer une production fluide et efficace.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et motiver une équipe de câbleurs et monteurs dans l-exécution des activités quotidiennes.
  • Garantir le respect des délais de fabrication et des objectifs de production.
  • Vérifier la conformité des réalisations au regard des schémas électriques et des exigences techniques.
  • Assurer l-application stricte des normes électriques ainsi que des règles de sécurité en vigueur.
  • Participer à l-amélioration continue des processus de production et à l-optimisation des performances de l-atelier.
  • Veiller à la bonne gestion des stocks et des approvisionnements nécessaires à la production.
  • Prendre part aux essais, vérifications et contrôles qualité avant la livraison des équipements.
  • Assurer la coordination technique avec le bureau d-études ainsi qu-avec les clients lorsque cela est nécessaire.

  • Formation en électrotechnique, automatisme ou domaine technique équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le montage et le câblage de tableaux électriques industriels.
  • Expérience réussie dans l-encadrement et la coordination d-équipes en environnement de production.
  • Excellente capacité de lecture et d-interprétation des schémas électriques.
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes électriques et des exigences de sécurité en vigueur.
  • Sens de l-organisation, de la planification et de la gestion des priorités.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et souci du travail bien réalisé.
  • Aisance relationnelle, esprit d-équipe et capacité à fédérer les collaborateurs autour des objectifs de production.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques liés à la gestion et au suivi de la production, un atout apprécié.
