Responsable de la bibliothèque à 90% #

Votre mission et vos responsabilités \- Assurer le fonctionnement général de la bibliothèque de manière autonome, et en accord avec la ou le Responsable de l'Unité Publics, sur les plans administratif, financier et en matière de ressources humaines. \- Proposer et mettre en oeuvre des projets qui contribuent au développement de la bibliothèque et du MEG. \- Coordonner et garantir la mise en oeuvre de la politique des collections (acquisitions, classification, restauration, élimination). \- Élaborer et participer aux actions de formation, de médiation et de communication interne et externe de la bibliothèque : internet, réseaux sociaux, affichage, etc. Votre profil \- Être titulaire d'un Bachelor en sciences de l'information, ou d'une formation jugée équivalente. Une formation continue en management constitue un atout. \- Justifier d'une expérience professionnelle d'au minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire, incluant une expérience en management d'équipe. \- Maîtriser le SIGB Alma et les règles de catalogage en vigueur dans le réseau SLSP, et être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels. \- Porter un intérêt marqué pour les sciences sociales (ethnographie, anthropologie, sciences politiques et sciences du développement) et être capable de thématiser des sujets de société. \- Maîtriser parfaitement le français, avoir de bonnes connaissances de l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit, la maîtrise d'une troisième langue constituant un atout. \- Être force de proposition pour diversifier les publics de la Bibliothèque et mettre en oeuvre un programme de médiation culturelle et scientifique. \- Être constructif, constructive et ouvert ou ouverte, afin de collaborer efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et de nombreux partenaires, même dans des situations de stress. \- Savoir mobiliser une équipe par l'écoute et le dialogue afin d'instaurer un climat de confiance et de créer un environnement de travail positif et stimulant. \- Accepter de travailler occasionnellement le week-end.
