Notre partenaire est une entreprise industrielle active dans le secteur horloger, reconnue pour son expertise dans la fabrication de composants et son savoir-faire technique. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités et de la transformation de sa production, elle recherche un-e Responsable de production pour accompagner l'évolution de sa Ligne Fourniture et contribuer activement à sa performance industrielle.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous pilotez les activités de production de votre secteur et veillez à l'atteinte des objectifs en matière de sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais
  • Vous planifiez et adaptez les ressources nécessaires afin de répondre efficacement aux besoins de l'activité
  • Vous mettez en place et développez des indicateurs de performance permettant de suivre et d'améliorer durablement les résultats du secteur
  • Vous encadrez une équipe, accompagnez son développement et favorisez la polyvalence, l'autonomie et l'engagement des collaborateurs
  • Vous participez à l'intégration de nouveaux équipements et accompagnez leur montée en puissance au sein de la production
  • Vous prenez part aux différents projets liés à l'industrialisation, à l'amélioration continue et à l'évolution de l'organisation
  • Vous accompagnez les équipes dans les phases de changement et contribuez à faire évoluer les méthodes de travail
  • Vous veillez au respect des règles en matière de sécurité, de santé et d'environnement

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation technique supérieure et disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans le management d'une production industrielle
  • Vous avez une solide expérience dans le pilotage de la performance et l'amélioration continue
  • Vous maîtrisez les enjeux liés à la conduite du changement et à l'évolution des organisations
  • Vous connaissez le secteur de la production de composants horlogers et ses principaux procédés industriels
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques usuels
  • Vous êtes reconnu-e pour votre leadership, votre capacité à fédérer et votre esprit d'initiative
  • Vous êtes organisé-e, pragmatique et appréciez les environnements dans lesquels vous pouvez avoir un impact concret sur la performance
