L'offre d'emploi suivante s'adresse en particulier aux anciens participants (YES Alumni). Nous recherchons, pour soutenir l'équipe de bénévolat d'entreprise, à partir du 1er novembre 2026 ou selon accord, un nouveau responsable de programme pour le programme Notre Communauté (20%). Dans ta fonction, tu es rattaché(e) à la direction nationale du programme et travailles en étroite collaboration avec une équipe de cinq personnes.

Tes tâches

  • Médiation continue, supervision professionnelle et accompagnement personnel des bénévoles (personnes volontaires issues du monde économique) ainsi que des enseignants participant au programme
  • Acquisition de nouvelles écoles et bénévoles issus d'entreprises partenaires ainsi que gestion active des relations clients avec les bénévoles et les enseignants
  • Courtes formations des bénévoles pour les préparer à leur mission
  • Fourniture et maintenance des supports du programme
  • Participation au maintien et au développement de la qualité du programme Notre Communauté
  • Évaluation et rapport des missions des bénévoles
  • Soutien aux travaux événementiels d'autres programmes de YES

Ton profil

  • Diplôme de maturité obtenu, de préférence études commencées avec une spécialisation en pédagogie ou en sciences économiques
  • Très bons résultats scolaires et un intérêt marqué pour les questions économiques et politiques éducatives
  • Très bonnes connaissances linguistiques en allemand et en anglais (oral et écrit)
  • Grand degré d'autonomie, d'initiative, de résistance au stress et de flexibilité
  • Capacité de réflexion structurée et analytique ainsi que méthode de travail précise et fiable
  • Très bonnes connaissances des applications Microsoft Office
