  • À la tête d'une équipe de 12 collaborateur·trice·s, vous jouez un rôle clé pour garantir la sécurité et l'utilisation efficiente de la flotte de CFF Infrastructure. 
  • Vous veillez à la disponibilité des bons véhicules au bon moment pour les chantiers, les interventions et les applications spéciales. 
  • Planifiez et affectez la flotte avec l'objectif d'obtenir la meilleure efficience économique du dimensionnement à long terme jusqu'à l'optimisation à court terme du taux d'utilisation et de la disponibilité tout en respectant le cadre de sécurité. 
  • Dans votre rôle d'ECM 3, vous garantissez une maintenance réalisée dans les délais et une documentation conforme. 
  • En cultivant un climat d'équipe motivant et fondé sur la confiance, vous incarnez les valeurs CFF et les principes de leadership de la division Infrastructure. 
  • En tant que Business Owner dans des projets IT, vous faites évoluer en continu les processus de votre équipe. 

Ce que vous apportez.

  • La pensée analytique vous vient naturellement et vous prenez des décisions fondées sur les données. 
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée de conduite avec responsabilité hiérarchique et maîtrisez la gestion des parties prenantes. 
  • Des connaissances solides et une expérience en Physical Asset Management caractérisent votre profil. 
  • Animé·e par une forte affinité pour les véhicules ferroviaires, vous êtes régulièrement présent·e sur le terrain gemba. 
  • Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau tertiaire dans un domaine technique ou économique, vous apportez une base solide. 
  • L'allemand est maîtrisé au niveau C1 et une autre langue nationale français ou italien au niveau B1.
