Vous dirigez deux équipes bien rodées avec deux chefs d-équipe et environ seize collaborateurs au total. Dans ce poste clé, vous assumez la direction opérationnelle et stratégique des services à la population et soutenez la direction du département en tant que représentant direct dans la gestion de l-ensemble du département Population et Sécurité.

Vos tâches

  • Responsabilité globale du secteur des services à la population avec les domaines spécialisés Bureau de la ville, état civil et services funéraires ainsi que naturalisation
  • Direction du personnel et technique des chefs d-équipe et des collaborateurs
  • Assurer un service orienté client, conforme au droit et efficace
  • Responsabilité du budget, de la planification financière et de la gestion des ressources
  • Soutien à la direction du département dans les tâches de gestion opérationnelles, organisationnelles et stratégiques
  • Participation au développement stratégique du département Population et Sécurité ainsi que prise en charge de tâches de direction et de développement intersectorielles
  • Représentation de la direction du département et gestion du département en son absence

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale achevée, idéalement avec expérience professionnelle dans l-administration publique ou qualification comparable
  • Expérience professionnelle et de direction de plusieurs années dans l-administration publique, de préférence dans les domaines des services aux habitants, du droit de cité, de l-état civil ou des services funéraires
  • Compétences avérées en leadership et expérience dans le développement des collaborateurs, des équipes et des processus
  • Personnalité résiliente, décidée et charismatique avec d-excellentes compétences en communication
