Nous recherchons - Responsable F&B Événements & Catering (80-100%)

Vous êtes cuisinier/cuisinière diplômé(e) EFZ, vous connaissez la gastronomie par expérience personnelle et avez déjà travaillé plusieurs années dans la gestion d'événements ou apportez une expérience managériale similaire précieuse. Vous êtes aussi à l'aise avec l'ordinateur que dans le milieu gastronomique, vous pensez de manière structurée et entrepreneuriale tout en conservant votre passion pour la cuisine et les produits de qualité. En tant que responsable F&B Événements, vous êtes un lien important entre le client, l'organisation de l'événement et la cuisine. Vous combinez votre savoir-faire gastronomique avec votre expérience en planification, organisation et administration et accompagnez nos événements de la première demande jusqu'à la réalisation réussie.

Vous n'êtes pas principalement actif(ve) en cuisine. Votre priorité est la planification, la coordination, le conseil client et le développement de nos solutions de catering et d'événements. Votre formation de cuisinier est un avantage décisif : vous comprenez les possibilités et les défis d'une cuisine professionnelle et pouvez relier les souhaits des clients, les concepts et les processus opérationnels. En même temps, vous apportez l'expérience de bureau nécessaire pour établir des offres et des calculs, planifier des projets, améliorer les processus et garder une vue d'ensemble sur des procédures complexes. En bref : vous comprenez la cuisine - et vous maîtrisez le bureau.
